Top 5-10 responsibilities :
- Perform Change Healthcare PACS activities, Workflow Intelligence support for on demand service in application, and functions as mutually agreed upon by both Change Healthcare and the customer site; including but not limited to, system testing and resolution, date reconciliation at facility sites and / or remotely.
- Identify hardware, network and architecture challenges and provide recommendations to Customer regarding changes to the system structure. Any recommendations will be reviewed and approved by the Customer.
- Identify and recommend changes in workflow, application configuration, system structure, technical performance and / or policies to support the information system needs of the Customer.
- Serve as the primary resource for hands-on Change Healthcare PACS suite of applications to aid in clinical and technical activities / issues / requests.
- Consult with Customer and recommend and maintain standardization of workflows and procedures.
- Provide guidance to the Customer in the development of best practices that enhance or complement utilization of the PACS and expeditious exam reporting.
- Serve as a liaison and subject matter expert to coordinate integration of Change Healthcare PACS, Workflow Intelligence, support for on demand service in application, and to third party systems. Such third-party systems will be mutually agreed on by Change Healthcare and the Customer.
