Project Manager III

Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale EHR (Electronic Health Records) projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to oversee project documentation, planning, vendor management, and data migration, ensuring successful implementation and system integration across a complex organization. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with business owners, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver seamless project outcomes while using their judgment and creativity to solve challenges and manage risks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of EHR implementation projects, including business case documentation, project charters, schedules, and biennial operating plans.
• Oversee the development of migration and implementation strategies, ensuring best practices for data conversion and application migration.
• Collaborate with business owners, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks, issues, and contingency plans, while delivering regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business users and vendors, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Lead teams in the development of SDLC artifacts, workflow analysis, and other technical deliverables.
• Supervise and support data migration, including data mapping, cleansing, and mapping to new system structures.
