Type of Cases: This is a Cardiovascular Universal Bed Model unit that spans TelePCU to CVICU. CV Surgeries, LUMBAR, CRRT, Balloon Pump, Impella, CRRT. Very demanding, no push/pull, can’t be un attended in restroom. Patient Ratios: CVICU 1:1, ICU 1:2, PCU: 1:3, TELE 1:4
Required Experience: Knowledge in common Cardiovascular ICU Procedures, Hemodynamics, medications. You must have (1) one year (prefer 2 yrs) of recent, full-time Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU

You'll use different strategies for problem-solving with patients, families, and staff.
Recognize limitations and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program MAJOR - Nursing
EXPERIENCE: Candidates MUST have minimum (1) one year (prefer 2 years) or more of recent full-time experience in CVICU CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
