Social Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families facing various challenges, including those related to autism and disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating access to necessary resources while adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide case management services, ensuring clients receive appropriate support and resources.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to assist clients in achieving their goals.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
• Offer Christian counseling as needed, integrating faith-based approaches into treatment.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication with healthcare providers.
• Engage in psychotherapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collect and analyze data related to client progress and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with individuals with disabilities, advocating for their rights and needs.

Skills

• Strong understanding of working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Proficiency in case management practices and patient assessment techniques.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
• Experience in Christian counseling methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to conduct psychotherapy sessions effectively.
• Competence in data collection and analysis for client progress tracking.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating empathy and advocacy skills.

Pay: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour
