Full Job description
Located conveniently between Spring Valley and Summerlin, Effin Egg is a Florida-based chain restaurant that specializes in the casual breakfast sandwich concept while adding a unique and delicious twist. We believe our customers deserve something better than a poor-quality fast-food breakfast sandwich. Our sandwiches and burritos use quality ingredients, made from scratch, freshly cooked, handcrafted, and served with love! We are passionate about the quality and consistency of our food, which is why we cook everything fresh and from scratch. Our sauces are made in-house, we use cage-free eggs served on our personally hand crafted brioche buns, and we roast our own signature coffee beans. Thus, we are looking to build a team of enthusiastic and friendly staff to deliver a “one of a kind” experience to our guests.

Some Duties included, but are not limited to:
- Set up front of house station and performs assigned side (prep) work.
- Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon approaching the counter.
- Take members’ and guests’ orders; suggestively sells food and beverage items, if appropriate.
- Place orders with kitchen; informs cooks about any special cooking instructions
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages (latte, cappuccino, cold brew, etc.).
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines and other beverage equipment.
- Ensure proper stock of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Handle all credit card charges as prescribed by standard operating procedure
- Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager.
- Attend pre-shift meetings as requested
- Consistently follow local and state laws and the restaurant’s policies and procedures.
Salary: $12.50 per hour Tips
Requirements:

- At least 1 month of coffee experience
- Must have reliable transportation, reliable form of communication and be on time for scheduled shifts
