Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our President & CEO and engage with business leaders, local officials, and key stakeholders. This part-time, salaried role (~30 hours/week) offers consistent hours, a collaborative environment, and opportunities for leadership exposure, project ownership, and skill-building in marketing, events, and operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Communications: Manage complex scheduling, communications, and meeting logistics to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate materials and logistics for board meetings, retreats, and workshops, ensuring timely and accurate preparations.
- Membership Engagement: Support membership engagement initiatives, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and event planning.
- Marketing and Communications: Assist with social media content, copywriting, and CRM data management to enhance the Chamber's online presence and engagement.
- Financial Management: Process invoices and reports using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism at every level, particularly when handling sensitive information and documents.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need 3 years of executive admin experience (Chamber, nonprofit, or association preferred), strong communication, multitasking, and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, QuickBooks, and CRM systems, experience in social media, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement, and a high level of discretion, initiative, and adaptability.
