About:
We are looking for an accomplished Operational Technology Analyst with Windows Server and VMWare experience, who could work from one of our client’s offices in Dayton, OH.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Windows Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Domain Management: Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), user access controls, and authentication mechanisms to maintain a secure domain environment.
- VMware Administration: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot VMware-based virtualized environments, ensuring system performance and availability.
- OT Systems Support: Monitor and maintain Operational Technology systems, ensuring uptime and security in industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA environments.
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to Windows Server, domain environments, and VMware infrastructure.
- Security & Compliance: Implement patch management, system hardening, and security best practices to protect OT assets from cyber threats.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery procedures are in place for critical OT systems.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with IT, cybersecurity teams, and plant operations staff to ensure seamless integration of OT systems while documenting configurations and troubleshooting proce
