We are seeking a skilled SAP ISU ABAP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining SAP applications to meet business needs efficiently.
completing end-to-end SAP implementations, designing solutions for complex business processes, and providing expert production support. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Remote is ok with travel to one of the above locations (20% travel)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP ISU and related modules for utilities.
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to define requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, testing, and post-implementation support.
- Provide expert-level functional knowledge in SAP ISU modules, including Device Management, AMI, and Customer Service.
- Configure and optimize SAP WAM/FSM for service order management, scheduling, and dispatching.
- Conduct business process analysis, create functional specifications, and develop test plans.
- Deliver training sessions and user documentation for SAP modules to enhance adoption.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables while mitigating risks.
- Provide production support, resolve high-priority tickets, and implement system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ISU and related modules
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and geographically diverse organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts in simple terms.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour
Compensation Package:
