We deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions to businesses of all sizes, providing unparalleled security, reliability, and efficiency.About The Role:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to drive our channel partner and business development efforts.The Channel Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships within the channel partner community, with a strong emphasis on master agents such as Bridgepointe, Telarus, Avant, Sandler Partners, and Intelisys. This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, enabling channel partner success, and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue growth.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel partner strategy to drive sales growth and market expansion, with a primary focus on master agents and channel partners
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they are equipped for success with our solutions
- Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Provide channel partners with tailored sales and technical enablement resources, including training, marketing materials, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop partner-focused initiatives and campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance, optimizing strategies for revenue maximization
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the channel partner ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, with a strong focus on master agents and channel partners
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing channel partner programs
- Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and partner management tools is a plus
