We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team and provide essential support to our clients during the night . This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives.
Position Details:
- Hours: Overnight

Schedule:
- Weekdays and Weekends
- Pay Rate: $16 to $18 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with administration as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and general tidying.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Observe and report any changes in the clients' condition to the care coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or a similar role is preferred.
- A compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
