- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Effy products, including new arrivals, collections, and custom pieces. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized service, follow-ups, and offering expert guidance on their jewelry purchases.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing by maintaining displays, organizing product placements, and keeping up-to-date with store presentation standards.
- Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
