Role Details:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the entire process of adding products to our e-commerce platforms. This includes working with product data, coordinating the photography and retouching process, writing title and description copy for each product, and ensuring the integrity of product information across our Shopify stores.

You will play a key role in optimizing the discoverability and searchability of products, ensuring that our product catalog remains up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Data Management: Own the full lifecycle of product data entry for all items on our e-commerce platforms, including adding new products, updating existing products, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Photography & Retouching Coordination: Manage and collaborate with the photography team to ensure high-quality images are captured for all products. Oversee the retouching process to meet company standards for product presentation.

• Product Tagging & Collection Management: Assist in the management of product tagging and collection organization to enhance product categorization, search filters, and discoverability.

• Shopify Product Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of product data within Shopify by verifying details like product titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, and stock levels.

• Search Optimization: Ensure product listings are optimized for searchability by applying SEO best practices to product descriptions, titles, and other relevant fields.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, photography, and design teams to align product data and imagery with promotional goals, campaigns, and branding.

• Quality Control: Regularly audit product listings to ensure all data is accurate, complete, and free from discrepancies. Address any issues related to data quality or image discrepancies promptly.

• Product Catalog Updates: Monitor inventory and coordinate with the team to ensure that out-of-stock or discontinued products are updated or removed from the product catalog.

Requirements:

• Up to 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce product data entry or product catalog management, ideally with Shopify or similar platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and product listing updates.

• Experience managing or coordinating product photography and editing processes.

• Understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce product listings.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus but not required.

• Jewelry experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify platform, including product uploads and inventory management.

• Familiarity with product photography or a basic understanding of image editing/retouching processes.

• Previous experience in product search optimization and data integrity management.
