Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Content Producer to oversee and drive the in-house content development for all our global social media channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube). You will partner with our leadership team and strategist to develop performance-driving content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Content creation: Create content for social media channels, including videos, graphics, GIFS, and memes
• Content strategy: Develop content strategies that align with a brand’s goals and target audience
• Content management: Manage content across social media platforms, including scheduling and publishing posts
• Team management: Develop content briefs and manage in-house and external content creators to ensure successful and on-time delivery
• Production support: Serve as a producer on location and internal shoots with content creators and support the team in sourcing locations, props and other elements needed to express the shoot concepts.
• Expense management: Partner with team leaders to ensure monthly shoot budgets are utilized properly to drive the most return on investment. This includes socializing the shoot needs, how budgets are spent, and reporting on monthly spending.
• Content performance: Analyze and report on social media content performance to identify opportunity
• Community management: Support community management across social media platforms
• Campaign development: Develop marketing campaigns and content, in partnership with brand creative team, to grow awareness and engagement
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including writers, designers, and influencers

Skills and knowledge

• Strong editorial voice
• Knowledge of SEO and digital content development
• Ability to shoot, edit, and upload video content
• Ability to pitch to content ideas to stakeholders
• Ability to use data and insights to develop content
• Understanding of emerging media trends and audience engagement strategies
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines
• Detail-oriented and organized to manage the demands on multiple projects
• Confident and diplomatic, capable of handling high-pressure situations and delivering solutions with tact and composure.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in social content production and management
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Monday, etc.
• Must have a portfolio to demonstrate content development experience
• Must have proven track record in being nimble and adaptive to ever-changing content needs and trends and deliver performance-driven results.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools a plus
• Experience working with luxury brands a plus, but not required
