We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Training and Development Administrator to join our Talent Development team. This role will be instrumental in managing training programs, coordinating logistics, and enhancing our learning platforms, ensuring that our team members are set up for success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• LMS Management: Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and reflective of our brand standards. Regularly update courses, track user engagement, and analyze metrics to continuously improve the learning experience.
• Training Logistics: Coordinate logistics for our in-person training facility and online platforms, including scheduling, booking accommodations, and managing participant communications.
• Content Creation: Design and curate impactful training materials, such as presentations, guides, and digital resources, to support both virtual and in-person learning experiences.
• Visual Design: Develop visually compelling and professional training decks and materials that resonate with diverse audiences and uphold our brand identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to identify training needs, align programs with organizational goals, and ensure participants receive an exceptional learning experience.
• Program Support: Support the planning and execution of training initiatives for team members across multiple cruise lines, adapting to varying needs and program objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years in Talent Development Coordination, Training Coordination, or Administrative Assistance, ideally in HR, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., TalentLMS, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors), cloud-based collaboration tools, and design platforms such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience managing content and user engagement in LMS platforms is a plus.
• A proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for creating clear, concise, and engaging messaging.
• A keen eye for design and a passion for crafting high-quality learning materials.
• Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and implementing innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing on-site training programs or coordinating logistics for corporate events.
• A background in e-learning development, instructional design, or content creation for training purposes.
