What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success Manager position at EFI Polymers?
EFI Polymers is a Denver based manufacturer of environmentally friendly, specialty polymer systems for a wide range of industries. We seek a full time Customer Success Manager with a motivated work ethic to help support our sales growth and to grow personally with the company.
We are located in Denver, Colorado near the Northfield Development at I-70 and Holly Street. We supply key components to other manufacturing companies for electrical insulation, composite assembly, technical coatings and other applications. We are a dynamic and growing company started in 1993 with over 40 employees and more than 400 customers located in the U.S. and around the world.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and concisely with both external customers and internal team
- Handle order processing for customers from order entry, status updates and shipping
- Process invoices and credit card payments
Job Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP or accounting software
- 5 years in customer service field (manufacturing industry a plus!)
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
