Efird Appraisals is a well-established, independent commercial and residential real estate appraisal firm, proudly serving North and South Carolina for over 40 years. We are committed to providing our clients with reliable, credible appraisals of their most valuable assets— their homes & commercial properties. As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking someone to support our day-to-day operations and build trusted relationships with both our clients and appraisers, fostering collaboration and growth across the team.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Research new panels
- Sign-up appraisers on new and existing panels
- Maintain filing system
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Enter and update orders in system as needed
- Maintain and update master lists
- Provide general support to visitors and staff appraisers both in the office and remotely
- Provide information by answering questions.
- Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries
- Create & develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Requirements:
- This job requires heavy clerical and data entry functions and may require long hours of sitting.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Tech Savvy
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with limited supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
