Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with strong experience in Civil Site and Municipal Design. The ideal candidate will have 4 8 years of experience in civil engineering and be capable of supporting a wide range of infrastructure and land development projects. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Development & Municipal Design:

• Stormwater Management and Detention Design

• Hydraulics and Hydrology Modeling

• Storm Sewer Design

• Report Preparation and Technical Documentation

• Grading and Earthwork Calculations

• Quantity Takeoffs

• Site Geometry and Layout

• Underground Utilities Design

• Construction Specifications and Technical Details

Transportation Engineering:

• Roadway Design and Corridor Development

• Intersection and Sidewalk Design

• Concept Planning and Feasibility Assessments

Project Support & Oversight:

• Support diverse civil engineering projects from concept through completion

• Assist with budget and schedule management

• Prepare and lead project meetings with limited supervision

• Compile plan sets with minimal guidance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 4 8 years of experience in civil engineering (P.E. preferred)

• Experience working with federally funded projects is a plus

• Strong grasp of civil engineering methods, tools, and processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Skills & Tools:

• Civil 3D (proficiency required)

• AutoCAD

• Strong project/time management capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple long-term and short-term projects simultaneously

• Experience working in both team environments and independently

• Strong leadership in meetings and collaborative sessions

Preferred Certifications:

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License

• Security Clearance (preferred, not mandatory)
