1. Associate Attorney (0-3 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in complex business disputes.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis.
• Assist in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation, including drafting witness outlines and organizing exhibits.
• Attend and argue motions in court (depending on experience).
Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission (or pending).
• Exceptional writing and research skills (law review or journal experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in business litigation and trial work.

2. Trial Paralegal
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including document management and trial preparation.
• Manage case files, organize exhibits, and prepare trial binders.
• Handle electronic discovery (Relativity, Logikcull, or similar platforms).
• Use trial presentation software (TrialDirector, OnCue, or similar) to organize and present evidence.
• Attend depositions and trials, providing on-site litigation support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification.
• Litigation experience with a focus on trial preparation.
• Proficiency in electronic discovery platforms and trial presentation software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

3. Receptionist / Legal Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and manage front-desk operations.
• Answer and direct calls, handle correspondence, and schedule appointments.
• Assist attorneys with legal document preparation, filing, and case organization.
• Manage office operations, supplies, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional office setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
