Role Description
This is a full-time construction project manager role at EFR, located in Waltham, MA. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Plumbing and HVAC projects and experience managing large Plumbing and HVAC projects in the Boston area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. The Project Manager's responsibilities will include coordinating and managing construction projects, including budgeting, construction management, and project management. The role will require on-site presence in Waltham, MA.
Qualifications
- Experienced in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on Plumbing and HVAC
- Budgeting and Construction Management skills
- Project Management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field. Advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus ( or relevant experience)
- Technical Skills including proficiency in MS Project, CAD software, Procore, and MS Office suite
