- Train and mentor staff on service standards, POS systems, and event procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in team management within the hospitality or food industry.
- Knowledge of catering operations and casual dining environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
