Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prequalified live transfer leads to sell final expense insurance over the telephone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their life insurance needs and offering tailored solutions
- Overcome rejection and challenges, maintaining a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated Business Advisor to refine your sales techniques and close more deals
- Maintain excellent client relations with the support of the Customer Service Department
- Actively pursue monthly sales targets, with the opportunity to earn aggressive monthly bonuses and quarterly commission increases

- Base Pay: $18.00, up to $20.00 per hour, performance based, with 1.5x overtime pay for any extra hours worked
