Position Summary:
The Retail Store Financial Analyst will assume ownership of various the FP&A function of various departments from a reporting and business partnership perspective. The Retail Store Financial Analyst will prepare and deliver weekly commercial results and KPI dashboards, prepare store-level management P&Ls and other monthly reports and analysis, drive the store level budgeting and forecast process, and prepare financial models and other ad-hoc financial analysis as necessary. This role requires working closely with various operations teams and leading weekly status calls and monthly performance reviews to help identify risks and opportunities as well as recommend actions.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports including KPI dashboards and management P&Ls.
2. Financial modeling related to strategic initiatives and investments
3. Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
4. Assist in the preparation of Board of Directors presentations
5. Ad-hoc financial analysis based on the needs of the business
Working Relationships:
This position will require close partnership with banner field management teams and collaboration with other store support center team members
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience:
2 years in a retail environment
Preferred Experience:
2 years in a corporate finance or FP&A role
Licenses/Certifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Hyperion PBCS and Oracle a plus, and expertise in financial modeling

Hours & Conditions: Monday – Friday 8 hour day in office setting
