Position Summary:
EG America is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to grow our Retail Media Network (RMN) program. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and executing innovative strategies to position EG America as a leading player in the retail media landscape. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop sales strategy for a comprehensive RMN, including identifying key growth opportunities, setting performance targets, and identifying tools or resource support. Understand our client's businesses and develop custom solutions to meet their needs.
2. Client Partnerships: Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue and foster long-term partnerships within the food and beverage space.
3. Campaign Management: Partner with agency to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of RMN campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
4. Data & Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
5. Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
7. Sales Leadership: Over time, build and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to achieve sales goals. Provide industry thought-leadership and evangelize EGA’s RMN with existing and prospective clients and at targeted events, conferences and media opportunities
Working Relationships: Category Management, IT, Advertising, Marketing and Brands.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Education:
Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum Experience:
7 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- CPG Experience: Snacking, or small format food and beverage client partnership experience.
- Advertising Expertise: Deep understanding of the retail media landscape, including ad formats, targeting capabilities, and measurement metrics. Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the retail and/or convenience store industry is a plus.

Hours & Conditions: Monday – Friday, 8-hour day in office setting
Physical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required, sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.
