Roles and responsibilities:
The Laborer position will assist with various tasks to support construction projects and ensure worksites are clean and safe. Additional responsibilities will be assigned to support the overall growth of EG as determined by management.
Key Components of the Role:
- Perform physical labor on construction sites such as digging, loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris.
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
Key Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License
· Strong work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Ability to lift heavy object and work in various weather conditions
· Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
· Having a pickup truck is helpful
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with experience.
