Compensation: $56,000 - $70,000 plus bonus.
Position Overview
The Production Supervisor will oversee the activities, production, and schedule of the assigned operating shift. This individual will communicate with operations team members, leadership, procurement, engineering, quality, and other functional team members involved in the process to ensure on time delivery and quality standards are achieved. The Production Supervisor will actively seek out and lead process improvements to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.

The Production Supervisor will actively seek out and lead process improvements to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations, as well as real-time feedback and coaching.
- Maintains a positive work environment and company culture necessary to win.
- Assigns development opportunities to grow team member’s competencies and skillset.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborates with Human Resources and other leaders to ensure compliance with company policies, employment law, and other employee-focused programs
- Previous 5 experience in production supervisor, production control oversight or related experience required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to lead others to drive production deadlines and due dates
- Basic understanding of production scheduling.
- Solid computer skills on all MS Office products, especially Excel, as well as previous experience working with ERPs.
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing work demands
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team,

- Previous manufacturing experience
- Mechanical and technical aptitude required.
- Lifting requirements up to 50lbs, must be able to bend, twist and reach.
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small.

- High school diploma or GED
- Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
