Job Description: Provide personal care and home maker assistance through Egan at Home. We provide the training needed to be part of our CAREGIVER/PCA team in our Metairie LA office.

About the Role: You will help distinguish our company with EGAN professionalism, EGAN best practices and deliverables that build customer loyalty. Among the responsibilities of the role are:
- You will help manage the customer's daily needs based on their individual care plan created by EGAN. Deliver new care plan direction as needed, these duties include assisting in personal care, memory care, companionship, home maker and non-medical transportation.
- Full and Part time shifts available
- Day / Evening / Overnight shifts available
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A positive outgoing attitude
- Experience in creating solutions for customers needs
- Understanding of the industry and the customers needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
