Responsibilities
- Work alongside Product & Décor Manager to create décor and product offerings in North America.
- Coordinate with the Product & Décor Manager all new product introductions internally with various team members across departments to include: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Logistics, Purchasing, Production and Quality, focusing on Product Specifications, Technical/Processing Information, Availability/Minimum Order Quantity, Pricing, Packaging and Sales argumentation.
- Frequent and proactive engagement with manager, sales team, product management, décor management, and other colleagues to actively communicate and collaborate to understand North America market and specific industry needs to ensure future product development aligns with those requirements.
- Support sales team as need with presentations and accompany them during customer visits.
- Provide product and décor presentations to our customers.
- Demonstrate professional competence and drive by keeping skills up to date and continuing professional development.
- Act as point of contact for product management across all decorative products, ensuring they are well informed about the local needs of the market, while also keeping the North America team updated on the latest changes and developments.
- Plan and manage schedule to meet deadlines.
- Assist in answering customer product and technical questions to reduce the amount of involvement needed from sales team, to solve issues with orders and deliveries.
- Deliver product and décor training internally to Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams to keep them informed on the North America collection.
- Support Marketing team as needed to maintain decorative product related content both online and within print media.
- Update and maintain product technical documents for the North America market.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years’ experience in product management, interior design, decorative surfaces, industrial design or wood products preferred.
- Experience in delivering trainings and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relations with professionals of all organization level.
- High standard of IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce and internet communication.
- Valid driver’s license and Passport.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Product Management, Interior Design, or other related field of study.

- General schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.
- Occasional overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail.
- Up to 20% domestic and international travel.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours.
- Occasional Lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
