Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our team. The ideal candidate will have participated in at least one full implementation cycle of Dynamics 365 Business Central and will play a critical role in our ongoing implementation project. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption of the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows, and document requirements, specifications, and use cases.
• Solution Design: Work with the implementation team to design solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and system capabilities.
• Implementation Support: Provide support throughout the implementation cycle, including configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, and work with the team to implement changes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the system meets business requirements and functions correctly.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring that the system continues to meet business needs.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates with a degree in Business Administration or a related field will be considered if they have significant experience with Dynamics 365 and agile methodologies.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Participation in at least one full implementation cycle of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as financial management, sales and marketing, supply chain management, manufacturing, and warehouse management a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in using Dynamics 365 Business Central for configuration and customization.
• Basic understanding of AL language and its application in Business Central is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
