The Sales Coordinator interacts with suppliers as well as internal staff to provide information in response to questions and concerns through e-mail, phone, and face-to-face. This position is required to be on-site, based in our Irvine, CA location and may require overtime hours.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid delays.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous supply chain optimization.
- Work closely with production, quality, and finance teams to ensure that supply chain activities align with business needs.
- Maintain accurate and consistent records.
- Collect & analyze data and generate reports.
- Support audit processes as needed.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication/organizational skills.
- Ability to deploy a sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination, purchasing, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Excel
- Requires in-person work Monday - Friday. Based out of Irvine, CA.
