What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Kitchen Manager position at Eggs Up Grill?
Eggs Up Grill is hiring immediately for an ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER to join our team!!
We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 6am to 2:30pm. Work with us and be home in time for dinner. Must be a great multitasker, professional, and have previous cooking experience in a fast paced restaurant. At least 1 year experience as a supervisor/kitchen lead/manager is required.
- This is a full-time position. Serious applicants only!
- Must be available on the weekends & holidays
- Rate of pay is negotiable and depends on the skillset and level of training
Details:
- Prepare and follow recipes
- Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared
- Clean the back of the house work stations to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
- Work as a team with other back of the house staff
- Enter inventory and food orders
- Must be able to manage inside expo and communicate with the team to ensure order accuracy and ticket times
- Must be able to communicate and train other team members
- Written and verbal communication skills are a must
