What are the responsibilities and job description for the Eggs Up Grill - Prep Cook position at Eggs Up Grill?
The prep cook handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques but also keep up with dishes. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount. Since this position also handles our dish area, prep should be completed by 11 am and then pre-close and dish from then until close. We are finished up between 3 : 00pm and 3 : 15pm most days.
