Key Tasks:
- Embody our Guest-Obsessed culture to create positive and memorable guest experiences.
- Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions.
- Regularly check in with each table and anticipate guests' needs to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Complete server stations and FOH cleaning tasks.
- Resolve guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues.

Requirements
As a Server at Eggs Up Grill, you should have the ability to understand and follow direction from others, listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment, and possess skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time.
