What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook / Dish Washer position at Eggs Up Grill?
Eggs Up Grill is hiring immediately for a prep cook / dish washer!
Day time shift only! We're opened from 6am to 2pm so you'll never work at night. We have staggered shifts, for example our opener works from 5am - 1pm; the next cooks come in from 6:30 - 7:30am and work through closing. The position is currently Monday - Friday but weekend shifts may be required in the future.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare raw ingredients, and follow strict recipes.
- Use proper portioning techniques.
- Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
- Properly label prepared food, rotate the stock, and follow serve-safe food safety standards
- Follow proper dishwashing/cleaning procedures
