We are seeking a detail oriented, highly organized, effective communicator to assist in coordination and management of Eggs Up Grill's rapidly growing supply chain needs! Day to day life in this role will involve frequent email communications to suppliers and distributors as well as detailed review of inventory stocking spreadsheets in an effort to keep all restaurants well-stocked and ready for service.

In a part-time role, the Purchasing Coordinator will focus on the function and reliability of Eggs Up Grill’s brand-wide supply chain. The coordinator communicates frequently with franchise partners, vendors and EUG brand team members to ensure a high-quality sourcing experience for both food and non-food needs. The Coordinator will also facilitate the movement of essential products in and out of EUG’s supply chain as needed to support the testing of new products and procedures.
