Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in ordering food/beverages
- Take and deliver orders efficiently
- Provide friendly and helpful suggestions and service to every customer
- Communicate with and support all staff members as a team
- Address any customer service issues in a positive manner and refer to management if and when necessary
