Plumbing Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber to join our team. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work under the supervision of experienced plumbers, assisting with various plumbing tasks while learning the trade. Duties

• Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Learn to read and interpret schematics and blueprints related to plumbing projects.
• Participate in remodeling projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Help with pipe threading, welding, and other mechanical tasks as required.
• Support field service operations by responding to service calls and troubleshooting plumbing issues.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete plumbing installations efficiently.

Skills

• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
• Mechanical knowledge to understand plumbing systems and components.
• Familiarity with remodeling processes is a plus.
• Experience as a maintenance person or in field service roles can be beneficial.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively.
• Proficiency in building and welding techniques related to plumbing work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
