We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Manager to empower our sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive revenue. This role directly enhances sales effectiveness, accelerates deal cycles, and improves overall performance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enabling sales success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate with Internal Teams – Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to develop and package high-value sales tools, including playbooks, training decks, presentations, and competitive battle cards.
- Content Strategy & Execution – Ensure Sales and Business Development teams have timely access to the right content and messaging to support their efforts.
- Program Delivery – Execute targeted enablement programs in coordination with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to support product rollouts and key initiatives.
- Identify Knowledge Gaps – Work closely with sales leadership to assess knowledge and skill gaps, conducting ongoing needs assessments to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ongoing Enablement – Develop and implement training, coaching, and enablement programs to drive continuous learning and professional growth.
- Training & Coaching – Conduct training sessions and coaching programs to help sales reps refine their skills and enhance their effectiveness.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, preferably SPICED.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- Experience in content strategy, creation, and execution.
- Ability to design and deliver impactful sales enablement programs.
- Knowledge of key sales tools such as playbooks, training decks, and competitive battle cards.
- A passion for developing and supporting high-performing sales teams.
COMPENSATION:
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $100k - $140k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
