Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our distribution center operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, leadership, and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of inbound and outbound warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations to meet and exceed productivity goals.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate order fulfillment activities and ensure timely dispatching of goods.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all operations.
- Need to finish training at Jurupa Valley, CA headquarter and then relocate to Houston,TX warehouse
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management, preferably in a high-volume distribution environment
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead teams effectively.
- Forklift and reach truck driving experience preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems （WMS) and performance metrics is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Meticulous attention to detail and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
