EGS is seeking Senior Engineering Lead Manager for immediate hire. As the Senior Engineering Lead Manager you will oversee all engineering areas, Mechanical, Electrical, I & C, Civil, etc. for the Engineering/Design/Construction of a nuclear power plant. This position is responsible for overseeing all engineering activities and requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management, and regulatory compliance. This position will work closely with senior management to ensure the efficient execution of Engineering department functions on company-wide and project specific levels.
Manages multiple mid-size nuclear construction, security, engineering and facility projects from the scoping phase through the design, project implementation and closeout phases, within the nuclear engineering design constraints of safety, scope, quality, time, cost, Project Management Maturity Model requirements, while maintaining nuclear design configuration requirements. Provides leadership and work direction to key project team members for timely achievement of project goals and milestones. Reports project status to site leadership throughout the phases of the project.

Experience
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Nuclear, Electrical).
* Professional Engineering license preferred.
* 25 years' experience with at least 10 years' experience in the commercial nuclear power industry, construction experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design, and management.
* Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
