EHM Senior Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of IT Infrastructure and Network Operations to lead strategic efforts in transforming and modernizing our IT landscape. As a nonprofit leader in senior care since 1879, we are committed to providing quality care, compassion, and innovative solutions to our community.
This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing major IT projects, ensuring compliance, and driving technology-forward initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network services and hardware, paying particular attention to the security of EHMSS networks.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare IT standards, including HIPAA.
- Monitor IT Systems to detect any possible issues.
- Assist employees with any computer / systems issues that they may encounter.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 services for any issues that may arise.
- Check and verify system / network back-ups are successfully being performed.
- Test disaster recovery protocols at least twice each month.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
Experience :
7-10 years of senior IT leadership experience, with expertise in network infrastructure and healthcare IT systems.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of network architecture, virtualization, and data security.
