Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
1. Manage daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately.
2. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation.
3. Oversee the organization of the warehouse to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
4. Prepare and process shipments to retail stores, ensuring timely and correct deliveries.
5. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks, in a safe manner.
Customer Service:
6. Address inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, or inventory from retail stores.
7. Collaborate with the customer service team to provide seamless support for external customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
8. Handle complaints or discrepancies professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Store Support:
9. Serve as a point of contact for in-network retail stores, assisting with inventory requests, transfers, or replenishment needs.
10. Communicate with stores to forecast demand and coordinate restocking efforts.
11. Support the rollout of new products or promotions by managing related inventory activities.
Process Improvement:
12. Monitor and analyze warehouse processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
13. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: $19.00 - $26.84 per hour
