• Must have an Active Real Estate License
• Must Reside in or around the Downey, CA office to attend training and meetings
• Willingness to engage in a 1-week training program designed for success
• A team-oriented mindset, where knowledge-sharing is encouraged
• Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere
• Full-Time (No Part-time) availability to both buyers and sellers as leads come in
