Compensation :

89,000 - $217,000 yearly at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Showcase your expertise by effectively listing and selling residential real estate properties, guiding clients through each step of the process
  • Skillfully negotiate purchase agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both buyers and sellers, facilitating smooth transactions
  • Create and deliver compelling listing presentations that emphasize the unique value you bring to sellers, showcasing a strong listing value proposition
  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their decisions
  • Dedicate yourself fully to your clients, working hard to ensure their satisfaction and success in every real estate transaction

    • Qualifications :

  • Must hold an Active Real Estate License
  • Should be located in or near SAN DIEGO
  • Available full-time for both buyers and sellers
  • Must be willing to participate in a 1-week Onboarding Process
  • Team player with a mindset that encourages sharing knowledge
