About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for teaching and education to join our team as a full-time Nursing Instructor. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality curriculum to students pursuing a degree in nursing.
- Develop and implement curriculum for nursing courses, including didactic and clinical instruction
- Provide guidance and support to students in academic and professional settings
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Participate in program evaluations and assessments to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in nursing, with at least 3 years of acute care experience within the last 5 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
