The dishwashers are an important part of every meal we serve and each guest's experience in our restaurant. As an employee, you must have the ability to cross-train and work in multiple positions. The dish and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishware, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.
