Job Summary
EHPV Management Group is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Vice President of Operations to lead the operations of our restaurant franchises. The Vice President of Operations will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, optimize systems, and ensure consistent execution of the brand’s vision and standards across all locations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-unit restaurant management, a deep understanding of operational excellence, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability across all franchise locations.
Monitor daily operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local compliance requirements.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with ownership to define the company’s vision and long-term strategy.
Set performance goals and operational KPIs in alignment with business objectives.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify potential businesses to acquire for growth opportunities.
Team Development & Leadership:
Lead and mentor the management team to drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation.
Establish training programs to enhance the skills of employees at all levels.
Foster a strong customer-focused culture across all teams.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify areas to improve cost efficiency.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes are optimized.
Customer Experience:
Oversee strategies to enhance our customers’ experience, ensuring consistent service quality and satisfaction across all locations.
Respond to and resolve customer complaints or issues that escalate beyond the store level.
