Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Additionally, you'll help maintain our spa's high standards of cleanliness and order through light housekeeping duties. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional service to clients, greeting them warmly, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using our salon management software. Ensure an organized and efficient booking system.
- Process client check-ins and check-outs, handle transactions, and accurately manage cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and staff in person and over the phone.
- Perform light cleaning tasks to ensure the spa remains clean and organized, including tidying up workstations, replenishing supplies, and ensuring restrooms are well-maintained.
- Stay informed about spa services, products, and promotions to communicate this information to clients and make appropriate recommendations effectively.
- Assist spa staff to ensure a seamless operation and positive working environment.
