We are seeking a Back of the House Trainer ( BOH) to join our Pizza Family!
The ideal candidate will have a SCRATCH PIZZA background, MUST be Bilingual - Spanish, and be willing to travel three weeks a month when opening New Stores.
If you are passionate about PIZZA and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Conduct training sessions for kitchen staff on food preparation techniques
- Train employees on food safety standards and best practices in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and development
- Provide coaching and feedback to kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills
