District Manager - Multi-Unit Director - Area Manager

$80-85k plus 20% potential bonus based on metrics
Oversight of 4 locations with four General Managers
The work week is 45 to 53 hours primarily Monday through Friday - but must be "on call" if needed
Units are open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM
- Oversee an entire area, consisting of 4-10 stores, visiting each store twice a week on average
- Work approximately 50 hours/week; 70% of the time spent in the store and 30% of the time spent reviewing, planning, and meeting
- Assist in training the Team Members
- Build sales and profits at each location
- Staff training and development
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and develops all General Managers - responsible for leadership, performance management, and hiring of the Team Members within each store
Minimum Qualifications/Education
2 years working in the quick service industry - mulit-unit postion
LOCAL only!
Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
