Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Resident District Manager to oversee operations within our district. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for the food service industry, responsible for managing operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple food service locations within the district.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational excellence and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, company policies, and service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Qualifications:
